History of Asahi Shopping Street
1924年
Founded in front of JR Suita Station (then JNR Suita Station) with about 50 stores.
1925
Formally named "Asahi Shopping Street." The story began here.
1954
Organized as a shopping street cooperative. Strengthening ties with the community.
1959년
The western building was completed, and the road width is now as it is. A step toward modernization is taken.
Since then, the arcade has been rebuilt repeatedly and has taken on its current form, where you can comfortably shop even on rainy days.
